Bob the addition of the third unit in the basement has really turned out to be great. I am very happy with the entire system. All three units are performing just perfect! The temperature is constant and even everywhere in the house now.  I have them all set for 64°and I no longer notice a difference in temperature when I go from one level to the other. If I set one of the fans to  high speed the temperature in that room goes up about 2°higher than what the thermostat is set for. I can't wait till summer to see how the air conditioning works. You guys did a great job. I will be showing this system to people and if anyone is interested I will certainly refer them to you.    Bill Cherullo
