This program provides two clean and checks for your residential heating and cooling equipment each year. One in the spring for air conditioning and the other in the fall for heating.
In the spring, we do a thorough inspection of the air conditioner including cleaning the condenser, checking the condenser fan motor, compressor, pressures, condensate drain, evaporator, filter, thermostat and cycling the air conditioner to check the operation.
In the fall, we do a thorough inspection of the furnace/boiler including cleaning the furnace, checking the heat exchanger, motor, bearings, belt, filter, pump, pressures, wiring, thermostat and cycling the furnace/boiler to check the operation. At this time, we also check the humidifier and/or electronic air cleaner for proper operation.
Our PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT (PMA) gives you a discount of 20% off any parts needed on a service call and 10% off any new equipment purchased and installed throughout the year. This discount will only be available to you as our PMA customer. Any service call you make to our office will be responded to with a higher priority as a PMA customer.
You will be able to pay for your agreement once a year and you will enjoy the peace of mind knowing that your equipment will be promptly serviced throughout the year. You will receive reminder cards every spring and fall to schedule an appointment for your annual clean and checks.
